Laser cutting

Upon request, our technologists make the drawing of the part based on a sample, description, technical drawing, photo.

Plate layout and cutting optimization are performed by state-of-the-art Trumpf programs. The roughness of the cut surface is in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9013.

According to agreement , we are even able to provide raw material for manufacture. Our technologists prepare - on the basis of samples, specification , technical drawings and photos - the drawing of the parts , if required. Layout of plates and cutiing optimization is made by modern Trumpf programmes.

Thickness tolerance of the part and roughness of its uncut surface are as required in the raw material certificate of workmanship.

We are able to make markings on the surface of the parts by engraving which can be compared to markings with a scratch needle.

Due to the technology , we have to use micro-joints when cutting long parts. It means that the cut is interrupted in some places on the contour of the part and the laser machine pierces the plate again and then it continues cutting. This is reflected in the parts and burrs and burns may occur and customer can remove the marks of piercing with additional works.

We also undertake to make any threaded holes in the parts.
